ABOUT

March 10-12, 2026 | Orlando, FL

The NASPO Exchange is the premier annual public procurement conference, co-hosted by the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) and the Procurement Professionals Alliance (PPA).

Its primary purpose is to build direct relationships and foster collaboration between the public sector procurement community and the supplier community that serves them. It is designed around the core objectives of learning, networking, and partnering to promote effective, efficient, transparent, and fair public procurement outcomes.

WHO ATTENDS

NASPO Exchange is a crucial networking and educational conference that brings together two primary groups: Public Sector Procurement Professionals and their Supplier Community. The public sector attendees include Chief Procurement Officers (CPOs) and other purchasing staff from all 50 states, U.S. territories, local governments, cities, counties, and educational institutions. On the other side, the conference is attended by a wide range of suppliers and manufacturers—from large enterprises to small businesses—who hold or seek to obtain NASPO ValuePoint contracts, with the goal of building direct, ethical business relationships with the government buyers who purchase billions in goods and services annually.
